"He has been my agent for several years and has been making mistakes in my insurance very frequently. The assigned wrong vin number, wrong drivers and lien holders to my car insurances and it takes them sometime 2-3 months to fix it. Overall not very reliable. So far I have give his office 5-6 chances and will be switching agents Update: I called his office to cancel one of my car insurance policies and fix the incorrect vin number, they only wasted my time and did nothing. The next day I switched agents and the new agents fixed everything in 5mins and sent me the correct insurance card with correct vin number. Mike’s office took 2 months and they didn’t fix it at all."
